Textured, Authentic, Relatable
Mike’s deep, textured voice and approach to voice over is as grounded and real as the great outdoors. His is a voice that captivates, draws you in and holds you spellbound like stories spun and shared around an open campfire. Based in Sonoma County, California, when he’s not voicing commercials, Mike loves hiking, camping, and all things outdoors. His unique sound evokes trust. Another distinct skill he brings to the table is his ability to read people and situations. This strength allows him to tap into reads in a way that is relatable, down-to-earth and believable. His voice is contemporary. It’s that of a real person, and yet gritty and grounded in a way that will help your message stand out from the crowd. Mike has been told time and again is that he is great at following direction and is easy to work with. What they say
“Mike’s got a super cool voice that has a wide range of application (from friendly-informal to caring-factual), and takes direction well. It was a pleasure working with him at Edge Studio on some voice over scripts.”
Mike’s a guy’s guy. He’s been around the block a few times, and he sounds like it. He’s got crackles, crinkles, and then some. His voice isn’t for everyone, and he’s OK with that. But if you’re looking for a voice with experience, attitude, and a little bit of badass Mike’s your guy.
